Each of our employees are Full-Time staff and as such are provided health insurance, company cars and a host of other benefits typical of employment with much larger corporations. We do not have any individuals conducting business on our behalf as 1099 Sub-Contractors or Sub-Reps!!
MARK CLEMENS – CEO
Mark has been with Monfort Electronics for over 30 years and has helped grow the company via geographical expansion versus vertical markets and or products. Mark has obtained a number of industry certifications during his tenure with Monfort Electronics and is responsible for overall management of the firm and servicing key accounts. He currently serves on Rep Councils for a number of our principals.
VINCE VENEZIALE – President
Territory: Northwestern Ohio & Eastern Michigan
Vince grew up around the family owned business, Torrence Sound in Toledo Ohio ultimately becoming a partner with his father Joe at Tech Rep Sales. Vince assisted Joe with servicing and supporting accounts in northwestern Ohio and Michigan prior to merging with Monfort Electronics Marketing in 2000. In addition to management responsibilities Vince continues to service and support accounts in that same territory. Vince brings a wealth of technical expertise to our firm and provides insight to a number of our principals on product related issues.
TWIG CLEMENS – Corporate Secretary
Twig has been with the company since 1985 and handles our payables and invoicing via Quicken and our sales/commission tracking via RPMS software packages respectively. Her activities keep all of us current with Monthly Sales Reports in simple Excel format so that we can accurately track and monitor our success or action items in a timely manner.
DAMON NOWOTNIAK – Vice President of Sales
Territory: Northern OH, Western PA, & WV
Damon joined the Monfort team in 2008 and came to us for one of our IT Integrators in NW Ohio. Damon has over 14 years of experience in sales management, communications, data/networking and security. His background in sales, design, project management, and general electronics has allowed Damon to quickly adapt in supporting our product lines and customer base. Damon is responsible for servicing accounts in central and eastern Ohio, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
LOIS MILLER – Office Manager
Lois has been with our company for 25 years and is responsible for the administrative and inside sales functions of the company. She is a customer service professional and well respected by our customers and principals. She is the liaison between customers and principals on day-to-day matters. She has attended a variety of manufacturers’ training schools and is able to assist in equipment selection, system design and product applications.
KELLY MCKINLEY – Sales Support
Kelly became a Monfort Electronics employee after working for BDA for the last 18 years. She currently fills a role similar to Lois at Monfort. Kelly assists Lois and provides specific support to those product lines which are now part of the combined organization. This includes but is not limited to catalog support services, online data, telemarketing and support of the unified outside sales staff.
ALI CLEMENS – Electronic Specialist & Sales Support
Ali is based in Indy and is responsible for all of our electronic media communications including our Monfort website, Constant Contact E-Blasts and Contacts database. Ali also handles our payables and invoicing via Quicken and our sales/commission tracking via RPMS software packages respectively. Her activities keep all of us current with Monthly Sales Reports in simple Excel format so that we can accurately track and monitor our success or action items in a timely manner.
MIKE GAGE – Regional Manager
Mike joined the team recently with 30 + years of experience in the Electronic Integration Industry. Mike was most recently a Project Manager with Wiltec Technologies of Ann Arbor, MI. Mike has an immense amount of technical expertise across the breadth of our product offerings and will be a great asset to our entire team.
SCOTT FEIGEN – Regional Manager
Scott is the newest member of our team, having joined in 2021. He comes to us after working in the audiovisual business for the past 25 years. With three decades of leadership, technical and military experience, Scott has a tremendous aptitude for technology and people skills. He is a great complement to our team and brings out of the box ideas to our business.
ANDY ALLNUTT – Director of Sales
Andy Allnutt joined the team in 2020 after coming to us with over 25 years in the customer service industry, 19 of which were spent in Audio Visual, and the last 4 years at Lowe’s Home Improvement on their Installation team. With 20 years of consultative sales and franchise operations, Andy’s focus is to make sure our customers know our product lines and help them increase profitability. Andy is based here in Indianapolis and is covering central and southern Indiana, southwestern Ohio and the State of Kentucky.
