In
today’s market, and more importantly today’s economy, you can no
longer survive by doing what you did to succeed 5 years ago. The
breadth of services and timely customer service that we as a Rep
organization must provide has gone well beyond just passing
out literature and explaining the feature sets of our products to a
dealer or distributor.
IP
Telephone System
- In our day-to-day customer contact, we believe that fast personal
response is irreplaceable and a key to our success. Therefore we
utilize a Panasonic IP Phone System which allows us to manage all
incoming traffic at any of our remote office locations and simply
transfer accordingly. We are constantly focused on customer service;
prompt handling of questions, problems, orders and literature
requests etc.. Responsiveness and dependability are the
cornerstones of our customer relations with a PERSONAL HUMAN VOICE
responding to almost every call. We offer 800# Phone/Fax service to
customers throughout our territory and offer complete system design
support, submittal assembly, troubleshooting along with order
tracking and processing.
Salesforce
allows our entire team to monitor and track sales activities of our
accounts and principals in an accurate and timely manner. Salesforce
allows us to track leads, projects, tasks, and technical service
issues in a very efficient manner. We complement Salesforce with
Outlook and RPMS software packages to assist us in the overall
management of the company. This combination provides us with Sales
statistics by customer, product line and territory, simplified
forecasts and projections, Project quote management, management
information reports along with e-mail lists by various sub-sets
including product and market specific information.
Product Training
is also critical in today’s business environment and is has
absolutely necessary for us to be able to professionally DEMONSTRATE and
TRAIN our Customers and even their
End-Users on the feature sets of our various product lines from both
a hardware and software perspective. Our role has become more
“Hands-On” through the entire sales process, from calling on and
demonstrating products to End-Users, to assisting A & E’s with
designs and specifications to supporting our respective Integrators
with final programming and on-site support during “System
Turnover”!!
In
addition to the above referenced services, we also embrace the
various technologies available that are both an efficient and cost
effective means to promote our products and services. As such we
send weekly E- Blasts about specific products and our
system applications for those products. In addition, we conduct Webinars either independently or in conjunction with one or more
of our Principals educating Integrators, End-Users, A & E’s etc.
about specific products and technologies.
We
offer on-line access to our in-house demo systems and products.
We provide this tool not
only to our Integrators, but also A & E’s as a means to show real
world applications for our products and exactly how web based
monitoring and control can be accomplished.
