Monfort Electronics/BDA’s
main office is located in metro Indianapolis where we have over
5,000 sq. ft. consisting of offices, Demo Room, and Training
Facilities. In addition, we have branch sales offices in Toledo,
Cleveland, and Cincinnati, Ohio, along with Louisville, Kentucky and
Kalamazoo, Michigan. In addition, we offer the following convenience
items to our customers, remote Web Access to many of our demo
systems via T1 and VPN Network for high speed secure connectivity
along with 800# Telephone and Fax service. A Secure FTP site for
sharing of large data files and firmware updates etc. for our
various hardware.
Our internal computer
network allows us to monitor and track sales activities of our
accounts and principals in an accurate and timely manner. We are
constantly striving to keep current on software and hardware to
maintain the levels of service for which we have become known. We
use a combination of software packages to assist us in managing the
company, including Outlook BCM and SalesNow for CRM purposes and
RPMS for Sales/Commission Tracking and Reconciliation. These provide
us with; Sales statistics by customer, product line and territory,
simplified forecasts and projections, quote management, management
information reports and mailing lists by various sub-sets.
