Mark has been with Monfort Electronics for over 30 years and has helped grow the company via geographical expansion versus vertical markets and/or products. Mark has obtained a number of industry certifications during his tenure with Monfort Electronics and is responsible for overall management of the firm and servicing key accounts. He currently serves on Rep Councils for a number of our principals.

Don holds an Associate of Business Degree in Communications along with a Digital Electronics Degree. Don has over 33 years experience with Broadcast and Integrated Solutions having worked in Corporate AV at GTE, Chief Engineer at a Video Production facility, and then moving on to various manufacturers including (2) years for For-A, (20) years with Panasonic as Senior Systems Application Engineer in the Chicagoland area and most recently as Regional Sales Manager in the upper Midwest and Canada for Samsung Techwin. Don is happy to be back in the Chicagoland area where he can focus 100% of his energies on the local marketplace and limit his travel schedule.

Vince grew up around the family owned business, Torrence Sound in Toledo Ohio ultimately becoming a partner with his father Joe at Tech Rep Sales. Vince assisted Joe with servicing and supporting accounts in northwestern Ohio and Michigan prior to merging with Monfort Electronics Marketing in 2000. In addition to management responsibilities Vince continues to service and support accounts in that same territory. Vince brings a wealth of technical expertise to our firm and provides insight to a number of our principals on product related issues.

TWIG CLEMENS - Corporate Secretary         

Twig has been with the company since 1985 and handles our payables and invoicing via Quicken and our sales/commission tracking via RPMS software packages respectively.  Her activities keep all of us current with Monthly Sales Reports in simple Excel format so that we can accurately track and monitor our success or action items in a timely manner.

MATT SCOTT - Regional Manager

Matt has been in the low voltage security industry for 16 years.  Through out those 16 years he has gained experience in almost every aspect in the industry.  He started out on the ground level working in the family CCTV & Access Control business, and he has worked as a manufactures rep throughout the Midwest for 6 years. Matt proudly has an associates degree from Oakland Community College in Auburn Hills, MI and a Bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College in Orchard Lake, MI.

Lois has been with our company for 25 years and is responsible for the administrative and inside sales functions of the company.  She is a customer service professional and well respected by our customers and principals.  She is the liaison between customers and principals on day-to-day matters.  She has attended a variety of manufacturers’ training schools and is able to assist in equipment selection, system design and product applications.

Kevin comes to our organization via the acquisition of BNM Security where he spent the last 20+ years servicing and supporting customers throughout the territory. Kevin has gained significant technical expertise on the breadth of the Monfort/BNM products during his tenure and our mutual customers have come to rely on Kevin for the breadth of technical services and support he has become known to provide!!
