We are pleased to announce the merger of Bruce Dawson and Associates (BDA) with Monfort Electronics Marketing, effective January 1st, 2011!

BDA was founded in 1970 and is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.  BDA has serviced and supported many of Monfort's customers over the years, and we will now be providing those same services as Monfort Electronics/BDA. 

Bruce Dawson will become Vice President of Monfort Electronics/BDA and remain very active in the unified entity. Dawson will be responsible for product management of those lines that have been part of his historical offering, and he will provide training and field sales support on behalf of those same principals.

Kelly McKinley, a key component of BDA, will also remain a part of the unified team and continue in her current Sales Support role based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Mark Clemens, CEO, and Vince Veneziale, President, will both remain in their respective roles and will assist Dawson in merging both the Sales and Operations side of the respective businesses into a single entity.
